BOOKING POLICIES

Thank you for choosing my services for your event! Please read through this list before booking to ensure that your appointment goes smoothly. All booking (including last minute squeeze ins) are done on this site & all availability is posted. Most frequently asked questions may also be answered here so please read through before texting additional questions ❤️
All appointments require a non-refundable 50% retainer fee. The retainer secures the day and time of your appointment & will be deducted from the total of your service. In the event of cancellation, your 50% retainer will cover the cancellation fee.
The remainder can be paid the day of your appointment via CASH or CARD. There will be an additional $2 fee for card payments. If you decide to pay any additional money towards your service in advance, it is non-refundable as well.
If you are booking a last minute appointment for today please book under “Same Day Appointment” If no times are available then all spots are booked. All Tuesday appointments & appointments outside of 10am-6pm must be booked under Off Day/Outside of Business Hours Appointment

I am located west of Detroit in the 7mile & Greenfield area. After booking & paying your retainer, you will receive an email with the exact location address either the same day or by the day before the appointment. I will try to send out emails as soon as possible. I appreciate your patience.
After 10 minutes, a $20 late fee will be added to your total. Please communicate your tardiness BEFORE the time of your appointment. After 15 minutes you will be considered a no show & your appointment may be canceled (see no show policy)
*However it is not necessary to show up earlier than the scheduled time. Please don’t show up more than 10 minutes before your appointment unless previously discussed. In order to allow time between clients for proper sanitation, please wait patiently in your car until your appointment time.
No shows will be charged the full price of their service & will be blocked from booking again.
Absolutely NO KIDS or extra people allowed unless they are being serviced. If you bring kids there will be a $35 fee added to your total. No exceptions!!
Your satisfaction is very important to me. Please also feel free to ask any questions or address any concerns about your service before leaving your appointment. No alterations will be made once you leave satisfied.
